Every time you edge you can take 10 minutes off your total time, 15 if you do it while in the wetsuit.

For every 5 times you fully roll over from back to side to stomach to side to back, you can reduce your time by 5 minutes, but only doing part of 5 does not reduce any.

If you can convince a completely new person (so this is repeatable with different people) to say a type of fruit to you without telling or asking them anything about fruit itself while in the messy suit, you can reduce your time by 10 minutes.

Add some stinky tinned fish like sardines and tuna and pilchards. Make sure you add all the juice. Also add three tins of those hot dogs including the juicy stinky brine. Finally two squeezey tube of honey!
