Each hour of the day you have to spank your tits hard with a ruler (or something similar). The number of spank is the hour : for example if you wake up at 7h30, start at 8h with 8 spank, then 9 spank at 9h ....

I've just done these three dares one after another and that hurt like hell.
First, I've put ice cubes on my nipples and let them melt for five minutes, then I've taken a thin rubber band. I've just done this, right after the three dares I have to do every hour. My nipples are already sore, and even putting on the tightest clamps I have was already painful. I've added wooden clothe hangers, with each I put the clamps seemed to be squeezing harder my nipples, and they fell after the 6th hanger. That was so painful yet so good, I definitely enjoyed. Oh my god that was so painful! I didnt use binder clips but very tight clothepins and they wouldn't move, I had to shake my tits furiously and every time a bottle fell and pulled the clamps it hurt my tits so much. Thank you, this was so good!
