2. you must wet them before start sleeping.
3. drink 1 glass of water or something that helps you need to potty. no getting out of bed for minimum of 8 hours so no changes during the time you should be sleeping.
4. After spending the night in your used diaper, one morning you must go to a public restroom to change into a fresh diaper. (Messy is preferred)
