To start, 15 slaps to each ball individually.
Then, punches. 30 of them. HARD. do them while standing and each time you fall to the ground, start again.

Well done. Once you've made it this far, you get a little reward. you may edge once.

Finally, with a ball (or heavy object) in a sock smack your pathetic balls 10 times, letting the sock swing from chest height.

Set a metronome at 80 bpm, and grab an apple in a sock.

1.) Beat your nuts with the apple in the sock for 1 minute, following the beat of the metronome. Flip a coin -> Head = tied nuts, Tails = untied nuts.

2.) Roll a die. If this is the first time rolling a die for this task, 1 - 5 = repeat task, 6 = finish however you like.

If this is the second time you roll a die for this task, 1 - 4 = repeat task and 5 & 6 = finish, and so on for following rounds, until 1 - 6 = finish

Put a book on it, or some similar flat surface, and put your hands on it to increase pressure.

Keep increasing pressure every 10 seconds, for 1 minute.

You will multiply each number by ten and decide which one determines (in minutes) how long you hang the weight and which one determines how many times you beat your balls with a ruler.
