I am less active on Getdare now but it would be really mean of me to trap you in a thread and not follow up when you are making efforts to complete all tasks which I highly appreciate!!

I understand your point about getting specific WFM or instructions and their importance in feeling submissive which is essential to be able to commit to doing such tasks.

I have decided to give some specific instructions in the following post for the remaining tasks and hope it is followed..

Update...

(x2) +8 minutes cold shower using belt/rope creatively
The first one was done with the belt around my legs (between knees and waist; it hung just below my balls) on its tightest setting.

The second one was done with rope tied around my ankles. I first tried to tie my wrists instead, but couldn't figure out how to do it. The rope around ankles severely restricted my movement.

+15 minutes WFM using rope/belt creatively; I used the belt to tie myself to a chair.
I did the first task you listed, the bladder control one. It took me 13 minutes to type those 15 lines with zero mistakes. I typed very slowly because I was too scared to make mistakes (+2 per mistake is a lot). I spent about 10 seconds drinking water between each line (I drunk ~750 ml during the task). It wasn't too difficult to hold my pee during the task, but that depends on how badly I need to pee before I start. Also, I got an ad on the water sounds youtube video during the task.

Then I did the birthday one, and it took me 4 minutes. I can't do the spanking as intended because it requires other people, so I just did 25 spanks on my own.

Update...

+11 minutes cold shower using rope/belt creatively. I did this with the belt slightly above the knees. I did this before, but I did it again because I enjoyed it. That finishes the rope/belt showers.

+10 minutes WFM in alternating stress positions. I did the fourth task you gave, the boss battle one. I was alternating between each leg, standing on one foot. It was kind of anticlimactic; I made too many mistakes early, so the outcome was a foregone conclusion.

I have 8 minutes of WFM left, and I plan to do the fifth one. But I'll wait until I'm out of denial because I'm not allowed to have ruined orgasms right now.

+15 minutes edging with left hand with pegs on tongue. All this teasing makes my denial a lot more interesting...

Update:

+20 minutes cold shower in alternating stress positions. I did the first 14 minutes with both arms above my head, and the last 6 standing on one foot. I originally intended to do only 10 minutes, but once 10 minutes had passed, I wanted to see how long I could go with arms above head. The cold water felt great while I was doing this, and made the task a lot easier.

+3 minutes exercising in alternating stress positions. These were alternating side planks; 45 seconds on one side then switch to the other side.

+3 minutes cold shower with aid of furniture. I took a cold shower while sitting in a chair. This was quite strange.

+15 minutes edging with left hand in alternating stress positions. The positions were holding right arm over head and standing on one (right) leg. I like to first try doing all edging tasks without porn, but this one I just couldn't do. I got hard before I started and managed to edge once, but I lost my erection after two minutes. My imagination only works well if I'm comfortable; the pain from holding my arm up makes it hard to think of sexy things. So I did the remaining 13 minutes with porn. This wasn't too difficult; porn is extremely stimulating after three weeks of denial.

Ok, sure.

Yesterday, I finished the porno shower task, and did an 8 minute run while commando.

I haven't had much motivation to do fitness tasks lately because I'm usually tired from work. And the only other thing I have is 8 minutes of WFM tasks, which I can do whenever.

Update...

Today, I did the 18 minutes of exercise with aid of furniture. I did a 1 minute plank. Then, I ran around the house and sat in all 3 sofas and 9 chairs (this took about 55 seconds). I alternated between doing the plank and sitting in all the chairs. This was a good workout; I was sweating a lot by the end.

(I didn't do it all in one go; I did the first 12 minutes, took a break, then did the other 6.)

I did...

10 minutes exercising with clothespegs on tongue. This was a 10 minute run, done outside at 1:30 AM. I wasn't naked or anything like that, but I still don't want people to notice me doing anything very unusual. For me, running outside is one of the most fun fitness tasks there is.

5 minutes WFM while in stress positions (I chose standing on one foot, I only needed one position), and 3 minutes WFM while watching porn (like the other tasks, porn doesn't turn me on if my mind is focused on something else). The tasks weren't that interesting; I just found some easy ones so I could get this done.
