Here is my report for Sam's reduction task:

As I am already denied from cumming for who knows how long, I was wondering what it would be liked to also be denied from peeing for a while, so I decided to do this dice dare:

I am kind of a coffee junkie, so I had already drunk a couple of cups of coffee before, but then emptied my bladder not too long before starting the dare, because it was recommended not to start while already having to pee.

So the point of the dare was obviously to reach 18 points or more, each number of a dice roll being added to the total score. So without any punishments it would take something between 3 and 18 rolls. It was supposed to take between 2 and 4 hours, so I made sure I would be able to go on for 4 hours - which I didn't need in the end.

The first roll was 2. So I was supposed to drink a single glass of water and wait 15 minutes before the next roll. I made sure to use one of my larger glasses at least.

Another 15 minutes later I got a 6, which I thought was a good thing, because I could move to 8. But there it said I had to drink another glass of water and then go back down to 4. At least I didn't have to wait until the next roll.

At number 4 I had to drink another glass of water (the third one) and was told not to touch my groin until I reached 18. Well, I hadn't before anyway.

The third roll was a 3, taking me from 4 to 7. There again I was told to drink a glass of water and then wait 15 minutes.

15 minutes later, it wasn't too bad yet. I got a 2, taking me to 9. Luckily I could avoid the 8, which would have thrown me back another time.
At 9 I was ordered to listen to a river or waterfall for 10 minutes, but I could continue rolling immediately.

This sound really does have some effect on the urge to pee, but luckily it was still not too bad at that time.

Mx fifth roll was a 4, taking me from 9 to 13. There I had to lie on my stomach for 30 seconds and relax the muscles. If I had peed, the dare would have been over. But the urge wasn't that strong yet, so I could avoid peeing quite easily.

The next try was only a 1, so I went from 13 to 14, where I had to drink another glass of water and wait another 15 minutes. Now I began to feel the urge to pee arising. Of course, touching myself down there was not an issue according to that earlier roll.

Now, standing at 14, there was already a 50 percent chance of reaching 18. But I missed it with a 3. So I got to 17, one point short of winning. There I was unlucky, drinking a glass of water and getting back to 14, where I came from. But it said I didn't have to do dare 14. I was kind of happy I didn't have to wait another 15 minutes.

The next roll was a lucky 5, so I reached the goal and won. I was happy to pee, although I think it would have been better if I had suffered more.
Altogether, I drank 6 glasses and it took me not longer than an hour.

From the other comments, I found out that it seems to be a dare that is not too hard. Still I hope to have qualified for a reduction
