Set apart a few hours for this dare, and make sure you have to take a crap really badly.
Poop into a bowl and make sure you get all of it out. Now, eat it like a dog (no hands) and try to get as much into your mouth as possible, but don't swallow any. Find something to gag yourself with so it doesn't come out (panties would work well). With the rest of it, spread a little bit on your breasts and your pussy, rub it in nicely. Everything else has to go back into your ass. Get a funnel and stick the smaller end in your ass, then mash up the poop and force it back into your ass through the funnel.

Before you do this dare you must wait until you possibly cant wait no longer. Then you must ask some one on getDare if you can poop however you may not tell them that it is because of this thread, a dare, or ect. Keep doing that until some one says yes. Once you find some one that says yes you must strip to nothing but your underwear. You must then poop in your underwear. Then wedgie yourself. Now you have two choices one you can dump the poop in the toilet using only your mouth. The other option is to wait 2 hours and then you can clean up normaly. If you decide to wait you must remain in just your underwear you may not put anything else on.

Put on a diaper and wear for 24 hours. Then take off the diaper and get some handcuffs that require a key. Put the key deep within the used diaper and put it back on. Then handcuff yourself behind your back.
