Qustodio, force safe search and set a 9pm bed time. Have the default filters enabled, you can whitelist getdare. Add two one hour periods in which you’re banned from the internet. both periods should fall between 9am and 11pm.

Keep this up for a week. If you suspect you’ll cheat generate a random password and use an delayed email service to send that to yourself.

Ask them for a bedtime and tell them you love it when you are helpless, ask them to add random block time and bedtimes, and some restrictions.

I have instaled qustodio on my PC and Phone I can't be trusted with setting it myself so I just leave this here:

I just have two hard limit, don't set bedtime on my phone, and don't block sociall apps like messenger, I using my phone for job.

Use salfeld with a time limit of 6 hours a day, webfilter on 16+. disable task manager, control panel and date and time setting. Keep this for at least a week.

Roll a d6 - that number multiplied by 4 is how many days your control lasts. You must then do the following each day:

Roll 2 d6's - if both are odd, only your laptop is affected. If both are even, only your phone. If one odd, one even, then both laptop and phone are affected by controls.

Flip a coin - Heads, your only allowed category will be news sites. Tails, it will be children's sites (Getdare will be an exception in both categories, as will anything you require for work)

Roll a d6 for each device currently affected - that will be the amount of hours you are allowed to use that device that day.

install the salfeld Child Control on your smartphone or/and your computer, and put the login and password in your signature, use it until you finish the trial time it is a month or until you finish the Premium if someone pays for it, hope nobody increases the duration of the Premium account

you should not see adult things, download a parental control and configure that you cannot see anything not suitable for over 6 years, you can only watch youtube kids, download at least 4 educational games and 2 coloring games do not change the settings until later 2 weeks

Install a parental control app of your liking on your phone. Flip a coin for each possible category. If it's tails it gets blocked. You may unblock one category in exchange for blocking 2 others (this excludes the categories for standard blocking though).
You may add an exception for getdare of course - keep it like that for a week.
