I would like a schedule for the rest of October.
I would like it to be hard, but doable. Just for background info, I normally only pee about 4 times a day and poop once a day. Please control both (separate or together, your choice). I want to be uncomfortable.

3 times a day in total bathroom breaks, but the choice is up to you! You have to conserve your breaks now!

Thursday night? That's 3 days from now, so you can have 5 bathroom breaks, but you are allowed to spread them, however you would like!

You can only use the bathroom 2 times a day at 8 AM, and 7 PM, but it can be at any toilet you want
