Had to coat plug in toothpaste and insert, put gag on then melt ice cubes on my nipples, then put pegs on nipples, then melt ice cubes on clit, then spank clit 25 times with wooden spoon. Also turn pegs 90 degrees every 2 minutes

It was VERY painful

1) No I never expected it to be popular at all! Can't believe how long it has become! (nearly 1,000 posts behind the most popular one though, so don't think I'll catch that up lol)

2) I can't remember myself. Not too many repeats actually, maybe what I'm wearing, best dare, worst punishment kind of thing.

3) who know's! Seem to change every 10 posts at the moment! Don't know what I'll be next! Still wonder why I lost my title for winning best AMA 2016 poll. But at least I'm not an addict now!

Don't really do much body writing, erm probably worst are whore, dumb slut, cum dumpster.

Does it matter if the words are true or not? I'm not sure how I would feel about writing "slut" on my chest, since it clearly doesn't apply to me. And I don't think you are a "whore", "dumb slut", or "cum dumpster" either...

I would say the majority of body writing is not generally true, at least not completely. I guess Matt could write truthfully he's my boy toy, fucktoy or pet

(Personally, I don''t think Triangle should be punished at all IF she just shows LPV a little good will. After all, LPV APPRECIATION WEEK will be here soon!
