I'm open to clarification from nina@ about the original intention of this, but for myself, I'd consider "thoughtful" to be something that is both directly relevant to the dare request, and contains enough detail and originality that the task taker could reasonably feel it was personalized to their request and their tastes. Since many dares posted don't get a response, even when it was a creative one, I'd go by instinct on this - but again, what do others think?
