For either the 1 game or the week the only reason you may remove it is for the bathroom, re-lube, or if it is obvious under your clothes and you have to go somewhere important (IE work, family stuff, etc)

How about a second bet for both of you. If the Packers win, both of you have to watch the next Lions Game with your used underwear stuffed in your mouths, held in place with rope/tape. You can take it out during halftime (or if necessary during the game. However, you'll have to spank yourself the number of game points at the time of gag removal.)
