Dress into normal clothes (prefereably dark trousers), but under the clothes you have to wear tight swimwear (guys speedos or similar underwear, girls bikini or tight panties/hotpants), preferably with light colour (white, yellow, pink...etc). Go outside, find a place with mud. Grab as much mud as you can, and pour it into your underwear, front and back also! Walk home like this!
