My right eye.

The loss of depth perception and field of vision would be awful but at least you'd still retain the majority of your visual senses. On the side of the equation, losing a hand would be something that even with prosthetics would drastically impact a lot of just run of the day stuff, holding a knife and fork, opening a bottle etc.

Would you rather sacrifice yourself or sacrifice a friend? What kind of situation were you thinking of when you replied.
