haha situps are hard for you??
its easiest of all exercises, I'm saving them for an end and trying not to finish them all fast because then I'll be left with only hellish exercises like paddling ^^ |

I thought planks will be problem but they are doable just fine in sets of 1 min. Tho I'm weighting around 60kg so that probably helps too.

I'm done... Finished last set of jack knives right now.
Looks like I did it first even with coin handicap hehe But to be honest I little modified spider walk exercise and did it with arms straight, because it was way too hard to do it exactly like demonstrated.
