Each tIme you forget, in the morning insert the toothbrush handle in your ass and then brush you teeth normally (while holding the nasty handle). You can wash it off each time afterwards.

every time you crack your knuckles on purpose, you cant use the hand thats knuckles cracked for five minutes (this can get VERY annoying at times)
