Alright everyone, so with this post im introducing Punishments!

If you have eaten Processed sugar ONCE in the past week you are to do 40 jumping jacks.

For every additional time you have eaten it, you are to do an extra 20!

I want everyone here to also post any and ALL slip ups they made! Remember if you are lying or cheating this challenge, you're only cheating yourself!

I'm still in lol..just checked the weight, lost some of it..!
Yet I gotta lose a little more, for my sake haha *selfish*

Good! Im proud of you for sticking with it!

Post your starting weight and then weigh yourself in the morning before you eat/drink and post your after weight?

My constant weight was 61kgs which my physician said was pretty healthy..And all of a sudden one day I was up 2 kgs.
So beginning weight was 63.(something) kgs
Now it is 59 kgs
I had nightmares of growing massively fat lol, but thanks to you, I'm back again..!!

Im still avidly following this. I think it is amongst one of the best threads in existance here at GetDare, and hope that it is still being kept up-to-date, even through I'm not conforming to your challenge

Wow, im glad so many people like this! I'll keep updating it now that my power to my house is turned back on. Havnt been able to get on in a few days due to power outage, massive storm here!

I might be interested in this but like a few other posters I have no fat to lose, so a bulking up/ increased stamina/fitness thing would work wonders.

Yippie!! I lost more weight..!! I'm so happy, and glad, and flying in the sky!!
I thought I was looking fat, but not anymore..!! yay!! thanks Ninjota for the bestest dare I have ever done!

Im still following. Not eating sugar is not that hard for me, but i have to say the exersize part is harder.

I've decided to go swimming each week to exersize.

Also i dont seem to be losing to much weight, but i do feel more fit.

hey everyone, sorry for not updating in a while, its been tough trying to train for my tournament, work, and keep up with everything. on top of it my internet has been shut off, so im forced to post from my phone! dont worry though, ill have the next part soon!
