My first report. I expect to do it each sunday.
I started 08/08/2018 end of the day so yesterday was day 3 even if the first day was short as i started late. I used myfitnesspal before, request from Master so I have the data for day one. I also have to make push-up, squats and sit-up each day so I assume i don't loose points for day without exercise. As it takes me less than 30 minutes however, at least now, i also assume that does not give me points. Are the exercise times cumulative and give a point each 30 minutes, even if it is not the same day? On week days, I must wake up at 5:59 as a rule to says good morning to Master and start my routine so I must go to bed before 23:00 if i want to sleep at least 7 hours but i didn't made it this week. Only the two night friday-saturday and saturday-sunday bring me points. I didn't reached the 10000 steps, the closest was 8514 so far away from the goal. For this week, the point are : - 3 days with less calories than expected = 3 points - 3 days with water goal reached = 3 points - 2 night with more than 7 hours = 2 points total = 8 points. I will have hard time to reach the 100 points... |

Wednesday (previously reported) ~ 3
Thursday ~ jogged 30 minutes again, drank 67.6 oz (4 bottles) of water, 51 calories under my calorie goal = 3 Friday ~ stationary bike 30 minutes, drank 67.6 oz of water, 39 calories under my calorie goal = 3 Saturday ~ drank 135.2 oz (8 bottles) of water. The hot weather while I was out helped with that. 2 calories under my calorie goal = 3 (because it's +1 point for every 64 oz of water you drink) Total score up to Saturday (4 days in) = 12 Last edited by Joan Sky; 08-12-2018 at 02:47 AM. |

Off to a bad start but here an update where I have earned points so far
start weight - 8th august -1 point for over eating total so far -1/100 9th august +1 for drinking enough water -1 for overeating -1 for not excerciseing total so far -2/100 10th august +1 for drinking enough water +1 for over & plus hours sleep -1 for over eating -1 for not exerciseing total so far -2/100 11th august current weight 75kg -1 for not exercising -1 for over eating total so far -4/100 12th august -1 for not exercising -1 for over eating total so far -6/100 over eating is normally only by about 100cals a day so need to focus on slightly healthier choices |

8Sunday ~ stationary bike for 30 minutes, drank 84.5 oz water (5 bottles), 96 calories under my calorie goal =3
Monday ~ stationary bike for 30 minutes, drank 67.6 oz water (4 bottles), 82 calories under calorie goal = 3 Tuesday ~ (Once every seven days I will have a relaxed calorie day, basically a food cheat day, I can eat whatever I want, but it can no more than one serving per item.) I drank 2x the water (+1 point for every 64 oz of water) to get an extra point because not gaining that usual point, but I didn't realize that I had to gain another point on top of that to get my usual points because ~ I ate 626 calories over my calorie goal on my cheat food day. One slice of supreme pizza, and a few pieces of breaded fried pork cutlets can do that easily, lol...No, I don't usually eat that in general, but hey ~ it's that day stationary bike for 30 minutes, drank 135.2 oz water (8 bottles) = 3 - 1 for going over = 2..Darn... I plan to get my three today by exercise, water, and meeting my calorie goal (like I do six days of the week), but will double up on the water so I can get four points to make up for the one I unknowingly lost yesterday. The next relaxed calorie day I may exercise an hour instead, but I'm also gonna get a pedometer bracelet this weekend, so maybe that will come in handy soon too. Also, I think it may be wise for me to aim for five points the day before and after the weekly food cheat day, since I will probably the strongest around that time each week... Previous points ~ 12 (4 days) Points this set ~ 8 (3 days/food cheat day included) Total score up to Tuesday (7 days in) = 20 I'm going to have to get those steps counted, exercise more, and/or drink more water to reach the hundred points in 23 days.
