In context. Of streaking in neighborhoods,,,,, excluding cars and etch.. I used to streak around the block or more.. often at 3am. Often Jo along the way or before or after the streak...... been caught twice... results were fun...... too dangerous nowadays

i would do it at 2am, because even when i go streaking, someone will see me. At night the risk is definitely lower

Depends on the street. If it is a remote street where people wouldn't likely see me even during the day I would streak at 2pm to get it over quicker. But in general it would be safer and less likely to be seen if walking at 2am so generally I would choose to walk.

I'm not one for running. I'd opt for walking down my street at 2am. I have done that a few times. I have also walked naked in some streets during the day, or just flashed, depending on where the street is.

Well that is different! Not sure I would do either as the risk is too great but I definitely would not do anything at 2pm here so forced into a choice I would walk at 2am but I would walk fast.
