Suggest you change that to a realistic amount, as that is above recommended intake. 8 oz per half hour/hour is plenty effective.

4 If loser can't hold it, they cannot change until clothes dry naturally. If the loser can hold it, boomer can select someone else to perform the dare. This continues till someone fails to hold or everyone completes it and then the boomer must complete the challenge.
