I apologise that my Dares may not be up to standard at the moment, it's been a while since I got into the spirit of getdare, and I have a feeling that most new ideas for these dares will soon to be used up.

Nevertheless, I'll keep at it.

Anyone below the average must go a whole day with duct/duck/gaffer tape wrapped around your forearms (arm above the elbow) and legs above the knee (forelegs?
