Spank multipliers:

Body part hit:
- Buttcheeks: 1x
- Inner thigh: 1.5x
- Breasts: 2x

Implements:
- Hand: 1x
- Paddle: 1x
- Ruler: 2x
- Riding crops and similar: 2.5x

So a hit with a ruler (2x) on the inner thigh (1.5x) would count for 3.

Additionally the loser can ask the winner for a dare. The winner isn't forced to give one.
If a dare is given and successfully completed, 100 spanks can be deducted
