I've cut the nipples out of an old bra I have, but there's no rice around the house, so I haven't gotten to the full extend of your dare yet. However, I have worn the bra outside in the cold just for the lolz.

Put your tits on the table surface, attach twine to the nipples. Use a ruler to measure ho far you can stretch each one. Results in metric or inches are accepted :-)
