I always wear underwear, I think I've gone commando a couple of times, but it just felt to uncomfortable so I don't do it anymore, plus most of my pants sag so it'd be very noticeable.

I usually always wear undies. The only time I don't is if I shower, or going to the bathroom. If i was naked and need to go to the bathroom( live with the family) i usually throw shorts on and nothing else. So its like i just took my shirt off since im a guy. And unless im dared otherwise, im wearing undies
