I can feel some kind of favouritism of other users because of friends. And the "Ugly" catagories will be abused for the users who're hated by the "cool kids".

Take this for example....

Best Male
BettyBoop: Marvin
Tiger: Marvin
ManBearPig: Marvin

Or

User of The Year
BettyBoop: Depp
Tiger: Depp
ManBearPig: Depp

Because i understand they're friends, so likely the one with the most friends will get the most votes for that catagory, instead of unpopular users who've made a contibution to the website. Now, Marvin, Betty, Depp and MBP have all made contributions to the site that no one else can. But the site shouldn't turn into a popularity contest or a clique that only users with 1,000+ posts or 40 friends or those who're "really awesome" can be apart of, and the new users are always looked down on.

In addition to the above, I hope an "unofficial" one doesn't begin either. Because even though it'd be nothing to do with the mods, it'd still cause bickering and arguing.
