Oof, I forgot to ask! It completely skipped my mind! I just took them off after 3 hours. It felt like my nipples were gonna fall off! I had to undo them and let them chill for a little before putting them back on (as to not permanently damage my nipples) and they were so sore! Every movement of my shirt was terrible! Terribly good, looking back, but ugh! Lol
