we have 9 hours left. That means we need about 2000 strokes per hour from somewhere.

in a way but also adds the risk that someone would come in and I would have to stop (they didn't).

We're fucked unless one of the other two miraculously saves us, but I've managed to get done another 2000 over two goes, so:

10,000 - (2,000 - 400) = 8,400

only two of us out of the four seem to have actually contributed anything.

Obviously we would accept any punishment that you think is appropriate.
However, if it's just more strokes in a tighter deadline, please consider that maybe it will all fall on just the two of us again....
