I would be keen to help.
You should incorporate the leaderboard idea but to stop people cheating they would have to send poof to the person incharge or someting. I think it will be popular just look how many people are in the msn and yahoo address book looking to play people. Also you would have to publish official timings. And not to often maybe once a week. Maybe you could follow a pattern.
i.e week 1 monday 6am
week 2 tuesday 7am
week 3 wednesday 8am
week 4 thurday 9am
week 5 friday 10am
week 6 saturday 11am
week 7 sunday 12am
week 8 monday 1pm

so on so on so on. This way it will make it fair for all the people in diffrent timezones.

I guess I could play, in the under 18 game. Though I'm not too sure what the dares would be. I've been daring more so I'm hoping I'll get better at it xD

No it would be the showers choice as dozens of guys at naked in the locker room and you can't get arrestded for that?

The under 18 games would have NO nudity. Just for clarification.

Yup PG-13 means no complete nudity as this is covered by the law of 'Indecent Exposure to a minor' in several countries, even if you are a minor you can be charged with indecent exposure to another minor as with many laws.
