Everytime you find a feather or complete a mission, that being a main mission or side-quest masturbate for 2 mins. You cant cum this way though. I'm starting this game over because I don't think people really got the idea of it. We're not supposed to be giving each other punishments for doing bad in video games, but rather rewarding each other for doing well.
