well I guess two pros are that if it rains Im ready, and when cars go by the head lights will make it not see through due to refection.

Many possibilities for costumes. I'm assuming you want it to be revealing and you're planning to go to party?

Eve: Link :Minimum
You could go as Eve, might be weird without Adam xD but with this you could pull the bare minimum of clothing. At worst just 3 leaves and your ass on display. You only need to get some spirit gum, some decent size leaves, a plastic snake, and an apple. You decide what areas you want to cover with the leaves. You could number each one and roll a dice to see which one you need to remove at your party.

If you like batman you could also go as poising Ivy which isn't much different from the previous outfit. Just more makeup to wear, but you can apply to the same concept or just buy a costume.

Hawaiian Hula Girl: Link
Short grass skirt. Wear a coconut bra or only a lei on top to cover nipples, maybe flower pasties, sandals. For added fun you can go commando in your grass skirt, if you're at a party jumping around dancing it will quickly expose your lower half to a lot of people.
