I have an excel spreadsheet for all of mine. I have columns for Date Given, Giver, Days (+1 is max, but have it listed in case of spoilers adding more), Reductions, Edges, Strokes, Minutes of Porn, and whatever columns you may need. I also have a Notes column, where I would specifics ie. "Edges must be done naked & gagged." I also have formulas set to add the totals automatically, that really helps with keeping the signature in check. You can also add stuff to tell you how many days you have left in thread, etc etc etc.

Let me know if you choose to use the same system and have other questions about it. I'd be happy to help
