I would tell my spouse, mom, brother, and best friends. I would never tell extended family or anybody outside of close friends.
I would make a huge donation. I would also make sure that all of my families debt was taken care of, as well as my own. I would buy a house, car and travel, and then take a huge family vacation. I would also buy lots of presents for people I love.

Actually yes, I just switched my daily countdown to an hourly one on my phone. Right now, it is 6 days, 8 hours and 49 minutes until his plane lands.
