Wear your diaper. Go on a hike, but make sure to drink plenty of water before going and while on the hike. Once you reach the top you are not allowed to start heading back down until you are on the edge of peeing

Let's have you start with dressing up appropriately, try to do it on a warm day.

Lets start with a bra connection wedgie.
Try to complete the look with yoga pants and a shirt that just barely reaches the top of your bottoms.

Now, to make sure the wedgie is nicely in there and you are fit, do some stretches.

Now go for your normal run.

You may wear a longer shirt, but, for each cm it goes over the top part of your yoga pants, you have to edge once while you are on your run.

For me please do a home workout.
