Worms are pretty clean. I guess it depends where you get them, but if you get worms that have been bred for bait/pet food then they'll probably be fine. These dares are always done at your own risk though!

I've played around with worms a few times and they've never caused any problems.

Im putting worms down my pants this Saturday, if i need to pee I'll do so in my pants as i think it will make the worms more wrigley. I'm then going to find a mud patch and roll around in mud till covered head to toe.

I've done it with maggots before and it didn't do any harm. If you're gonna do it, make sure you use blowfly maggots that have been bred for bait because they're relatively harmless, although they can feel a bit scratchy unless you use some oil, lube or maybe some messy food. They are incapable of biting though as they do not have jaws.

Blowfly maggots are pretty weak and as they can't bite, they can't really get in anywhere you don't want them. Not really sure about the effects of deliberately putting them 'inside' certain places as I've never tried it. I wouldn't recommend it as our internal tissues are way easier to damage compared to our skin, plus there is always the issue of getting them *all* out again!
