Thank you for these. I have done some edges today then clamped my nipples to do 10 squats and 10 push ups. Feeling the pinch of the clamp and every single sway of the chain after edging a few times was more than enough to keep me rock hard and leaking precum. Thank you Angelica, this sounds like a fair and reasonable punishment to me. I expect #4 to be extremely frustrating, but I get that that's the point.

I do have a question though, are #2 an #3 to be done at once? Either both together, or all of #2 in one go, then all of #3 at another time, OR might they be broken up? I am at the mercy of your decision with this.

Try to do as many as you can, but yes if you need to break them into smaller chunks go ahead. Why don't we say you are on no touch until they are completed? That should motivate you to get them done quickly!
