Swim with a toy
Next time you go swimming, take a nice ass/pussy toy, such one that it is able to stay inside you when you have your swimwear on. Put it in you in the changing rooms, you are allowed to remove it only after you swim 1 km (0.6 miles).
I've done this several times with my small metal butt plug. It is a nice feeling to do the swimming excercises with something stimulating your ass all the time. It is a good motivation to swim a bit faster to get your butt hole emptied as soon as possible.
