Get undressed, play a few games on my hand held gaming unit to make me tired. Go to bed when its past 2 am or when I am tired.

slip on my sisters knickers then her size 0 short shorts and then wedgie me self with the knickers. put on b ball shorts and go to sleep. but now i cant do that so i put in another 100 squicky clean wedgies with my tighty whities and go to bed

I surf the internet, have a snack, brush my teeth, and fall asleep to that darn ticking clock.

unless I've been out I am usually like ready for bed hours before I am ready to sleep. So I usually pass out watching AdultSwim, hoping I remembered to turn out the light before I knocked out.

phh an d sometimes i'm too stressed i put on a youtube playlist (let's plays or that kind of stuff) with a narrator with a calming voice till i'm asleep
