Humm... take the lace and make a loop in the middle of it, (make a circle out of the middle portion and pass one end of the lace through the circle so you end up with a figure a bit like this: __O__ ) tug your balls down, place that loop around them and pull on the ends of the lace to draw it tight. Now pass both ends round to the other side of your balls and just continue passing one under and over the other and pulling tight (like the very first step of tying your shoelaces)

By repeating this process until you run out of lace you should be able to bind your balls quite snugly, with several 'bands' of lace on top of each other, forcing your balls downwards away from your body. Once they are nice and tightly tied, rub a nice big dab of toothpaste into your bound balls and lay back and ride the sensations

I have tied myself with the shoelace as you instructed. The paste is really starting to sting now, it almost feels hot rather than cold at times. Stroking takes the edge off the pain and i find i almost cant help doing it. I have already edged once. Ice cubes next D:

Since you liked the last 'ice' dare so much, here's another one, but not so much ice, lots of spanking to keep you warm
