Pick your favorite parental control software that you can have installed for at least 30 days (Salfeld works for this). Set up an account and install it, but don't set up any restrictions yet. Do this quiz, then add your username, password, and age from the quiz results to your signature. Tell everyone to log in and treat you like your new age. If your age was 18 years old or older, write "misbehaving teenager" instead of your age.

Once you've added your details to your signature, roll a die. The number shown is the number of days your login information must remain in your signature. After that number of days has elapsed, roll four dice. That's the number of days you need to keep your controls on for.

Enable web filtering and block all adult content, pornography, etc (make sure to add an exception for getdare.com). Daily screen time limit of 8 hours during the week, 4 hours on weekends. Keep the restrictions for at least one week, then you may remove them once you have permission from 5 other getdare users.

Use qustodio on your phone and activate every restriction possible and limit your time to two hours a day
Each day you may flip a coin:
Heads you can unblock that category, tails it stays blocked for the whole duration, you can’t flip twice for the same catheters.
If you chose to not flip, you may add30 minutes to your online time
Lays for two weeks have fun

Qustodio on all devices, don't forget to enable all device protection settings. (Hide on PC, Protect Settings on mobile).

Bedtime will be 6 pm weekdays, 8 pm weekends, no exceptions.
Experts say that 3 hours of daily screen time is more than enough, so set it for all devices.

For Web Filter settings, block Entertainment, Games, Forums, Social Networks, Chat, File Sharing, Gambling, Proxies, Violence, Profanity, Mature content, P0rn, Alcohol, Drugs and Tobacco. Make sure to turn Safe Search ON.

Also, you will block the Qustodio Parents app if you should have it installed, as well as list family.qustodio.com as blocked website. You may whitelist getdare if you wish, but limit it to 15 minutes per day.

For apps, every app that is rated above Pegi 7 / E 10+, you will block them as well.

Change your password and email to a random one, roll 30-120 on random.org and flip a coin. Heads = Take the random result as days, Tails = double that result as days.

Then proceed to email yourself with the new login details, delayed by the days of your roll result. Make sure you did not save the new login details.
