Sure..

What you need:

2 Icecubes
2 pegs

Dare:
Hold the icecubes on both nipples till they are numb, then place the pegs on them. Try and last over 1 minute.

aright first place on cloths pen on each nipple then start pulling and twisting the cloths pen but not removing it do this for 5 minutes

It also hurts a lot if you push in on the clothes pins

tape a X over every nippel , that you can do if the nippel is hard or soft.

get a vice grip thing, one with the screw to tighten the vice, and then put on your nipple, and keep tightening it until you can't anymore, or until you can't stand the pain anymore.
