About your BDSM practice, do you tell them right off the bath ? Or maybe if they notice some swelling or injuries ?

If they notice something, you should tell them and be honest about it. You could simply say it happened during a certain sexual activity without using any terminology they may not be aware of.

My OB knows. It’s never been a big deal.

I had to go for a checkup once because I had a lump in one of my boobs - turns out it was from spanking too hard! I was open about it, the nurse who saw me didn't care. All she cared about was having all the information so she could treat me accordingly.
