Let's see. Each time you catch yourself doing something non-work related, make a tally mark on a piece of paper and get back to work.

I’ll go in with the rule above, but add each time you have to make a tally mark (even the slightest deviation from work gets a tally) you will have a wooden spoon handy at all times and spank the inside of each thigh. It's a shame about the orgasm in the end, but sometimes they happen.
