It depends on where you live. In some places, it is illegal to buy one at all. In others, it is up to the store to decide how old you must be to be let in.

If I'm being honest, there are few things illegal to minors that I haven't done. I've bought a vibrator, hooked up with older guys, been a sub, and the list goes on. So, in all honesty not much will change, I might be more bold about my role as a submissive though.
