Where better to start than the small plug?

. Spend 2 hours with it in for 1 day, then each day you will add another hour to your time. So 3 hours day 2, 4 hours day 3... until day 6, then you will repeat this but with the medium plug.

If it’s not a limit then each time you take it out you will be need to clean it with your mouth ;3
