Preparation
You will need 3 towels of a reasonable length (an additional small towel and some strings for guys), a small vibrator and a bed with edges to tie yourself too.

Step 1
Get bottomless and tie your ankles to each side of the bed edge with a towel so you are restrained. Keep your knees bent.

Step 2
For guys: Place the vibrator at the tip of your penis. Wrap the small towel around on your penis to keep it in place and tie it up with the strings so it doesn't get loose.
For girls: Place the vibrator slightly above on your clit and wear a pair of panties over it to keep it in place.

Step 3
Tie the third towel on your non-master hand wrist with a dead knot. Set your vibrator to a setting that is closest to making you whimper. Place the controller between your legs.
