I did attempt the sun salutation, but with some twinges I decided to stop and do reverse sit ups, and squats; 50 of each in batches of 10, with 90 second breaks in between. (5 points or nah?)

No Junk! Zilch! Nada! Niet! De Rien! Not even a biscuit

Reverse sit ups instead of sit ups (5 points or nah?)

Push ups (10 points)

More push ups (is it 15+5 naked, or 10 +5 naked for 15 total?) I was not nude as I'm staining my floors and did not want to risk chemicals on my peen. Especially ones that stain. That's not the kind of brown willy I want. (15 or 10)

So that's 65, or 70, or 0 points this week?

Regarding personalized exercise, I don't really feel the need for it; we all want to do well, and if less fit, injured, or disabled peeps are free to offer suggestions for switches when needed, and people are cool with that, then everything should tick along well. However, that's just my two cents. I'm not American, but I love that expression.
