You should spend a day as a dog. This means no clothes, collar, no walking, eating and drink from bowls on the floor without using your hands, play tug with your dogs using your teeth to grip the toys, no using the toilet, go to the toilet on all fours outside (or in the bath/a bowl if that's too public), sleep in a dog bed, etc.
