Just found this site and love it, so here's my first dare;

Set your phone alarm to go off in 15-20 minutes time with a vibrating alarm. Next, put it in your vagina (or ass if you can) and use a belt to strap your thighs together. Then sit down, get on with something else and wait for it to go off.

Bonus points if you forget about it and give yourself a fright when it goes off.
