I will double this offer (I.e. 14 days removal) by adding two rules for the week:

1. You must be gagged whenever you are by yourself and not sleeping, with 10 min break allowed every hour only if absolutely necessary (e.g. you are experiencing pain).

2. Any time you change or remove your butt plug you must use the dildo for 30 thrusts in your ass.
