First, fix yourself a nice big cup of hot drink of your choice. Make a bowlful of icy cold water, dunk your nuts in it as you slowly sip on your hot drink. When you have finished your drink, put on a pair of jocks and get in the shower. Stand under the shower with water running at as hot as you can take it for about 3~5minutes. Repeat this cold/hot treatment with two more cups of hot drink. After the third hot shower, sit on the toilet and use the toilet brush to scrub your nuts through your jocks. You may not stop scrubbing until you have pissed yourself in your jocks.
